• Integration data — information synced from connected services such as Shopify, YunExpress, and EasyPost.
• Usage and device data — log events, IP address, browser type, and actions taken within the platform.

• Provide, maintain, and improve the platform and its features.
• Authenticate users and enforce organization-scoped, role-based access.
• Sync data with the third-party channels and carriers you connect.
• Send operational notifications, such as overdue purchase orders, low-stock alerts, and fulfillment problems.

04Data sharing and processors

We retain your information for as long as your organization maintains an active account, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.

When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.

Workspace administrators can submit privacy and data requests from within the platform’s settings, or by contacting us using the details below.

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites.
