This Privacy Policy explains how KNKTD OS ("we", "us", or "the platform") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you use our fashion operating system for product development, inventory, and order fulfillment.
By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the service.
02Information we collect
We collect information you provide and information generated as you operate your workspace, including:
- Account data — name, email address, and authentication credentials.
- Organization data — workspace name, members, roles, and permission assignments.
- Operational data — styles, techpacks, products, inventory, purchase orders, transfers, orders, shipments, and related records you enter.
- Integration data — information synced from connected services such as Shopify, YunExpress, and EasyPost.
- Usage and device data — log events, IP address, browser type, and actions taken within the platform.
03How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve the platform and its features.
- Authenticate users and enforce organization-scoped, role-based access.
- Sync data with the third-party channels and carriers you connect.
- Send operational notifications, such as overdue purchase orders, low-stock alerts, and fulfillment problems.
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent, unauthorized, or unsafe activity.
04Data sharing and processors
We do not sell your data. We share information only with service providers who process it on our behalf to operate the platform — including cloud hosting, database, email delivery, and the integrations you explicitly connect.
Each processor is bound to handle data consistent with this policy and applicable law, and only for the purposes of delivering the service.

Workspaces are isolated through organization scoping and row-level access controls, and sensitive credentials are encrypted. We apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
06Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your organization maintains an active account, and as needed to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements.
When data is no longer required, we delete or anonymize it.
07Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing.
Workspace administrators can submit privacy and data requests from within the platform’s settings, or by contacting us using the details below.
08International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than your own. Where required, we put appropriate safeguards in place for cross-border transfers.
09Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember preferences such as your theme. We do not use cookies to track you across unrelated websites.
