01Acceptance of terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the KNKTD OS platform. By creating an account, joining a workspace, or otherwise using the service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you are using the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

02The service

KNKTD OS provides a multi-tenant operating system for fashion brands, including product lifecycle management (PLM), warehouse management (WMS), and order management (OMS), along with integrations to third-party channels and carriers.

We may add, change, or remove features over time to improve the service.

03Accounts and organizations

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

Workspace administrators control membership and role-based permissions within their organization, and are responsible for the access they grant.

04Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for any unlawful, infringing, or fraudulent purpose.
• Attempt to access data belonging to another organization or to bypass access controls.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or place undue load on the service or its infrastructure.
• Reverse engineer, resell, or sublicense the platform except as expressly permitted.

05Subscriptions and billing

Access to paid features may require a subscription. Fees, billing cycles, and any applicable taxes will be presented to you before purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled, and fees already paid are non-refundable except where required by law. Full details — including the free trial, per-seat and add-on pricing, automatic renewal, cancellation, and refunds — are set out in our Subscription Terms (/policies/subscription-terms), which form part of these Terms.

06Customer data and ownership

As between you and us, your organization retains all rights to the data it submits to the platform ("Customer Data").

You grant us a limited license to host, process, and transmit Customer Data solely to provide and improve the service, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

07Third-party integrations

The platform connects to third-party services such as Shopify, YunExpress, and EasyPost. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions.

08Service availability

We strive to keep the platform available and reliable, but the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We may perform maintenance, and availability may be affected by factors outside our control.

09Termination

You may stop using the platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms or use the service in a way that risks harm to others.

Upon termination, your right to use the service ends, and we will handle Customer Data as described in our Privacy Policy.

10Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the platform is provided without warranties of any kind, and we disclaim all implied warranties.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

11Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
