Subscription Terms

01Overview

These Subscription Terms describe how paid access to KNKTD OS is billed. They supplement, and are part of, our Terms & Conditions. Where these Subscription Terms and the Terms & Conditions differ on billing matters, these Subscription Terms control.

Subscriptions are purchased by an organization (workspace), not by an individual user, and apply to that organization’s use of the service.

0214-day free trial

New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial. A valid payment method is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during the trial period.

If you do not cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid subscription and your payment method is charged for the first billing period. If you cancel at any point during the trial, you will not be charged.

03Plans and fees

KNKTD OS is offered on four flat monthly plans: Starter (US$100.00 / month, up to 2 members), Standard (US$150.00 / month, up to 5 members), Growth (US$275.00 / month, up to 10 members), and Unlimited (US$500.00 / month, unlimited members, with the Zonos Duty & Tax (DDP) add-on included). Each plan is a flat monthly fee that does not change with the number of members within the plan’s limit.

All amounts are in US dollars and are exclusive of any applicable taxes, which are calculated and collected at checkout and on each invoice.

04Add-ons

Optional add-ons can be added to a subscription. The Zonos Duty & Tax (DDP) add-on is US$5.00 per month.

Add-ons are billed as additional line items on your existing subscription — adding one never creates a second subscription. When you add an add-on mid-cycle, a prorated amount for the remainder of the current billing period is applied to your next invoice.

05Changing plans and add-ons

You can switch plans at any time from Settings → Billing. Adding or removing workspace members does not change your fee, as long as your team stays within your plan’s member limit; to add more members than your plan allows, switch to a higher plan.

Plan switches and add-on changes are prorated: added charges appear on your next invoice, and reductions are reflected as prorated credits toward future invoices. Changes made during a free trial do not incur charges until the trial converts.

06Automatic renewal

Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. By subscribing, you authorize us and our payment processor to charge your payment method the then-current fee (including any add-ons, plus applicable taxes) at the start of each billing period, on a recurring basis, without further action by you.

You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, as described below.

07Payment processing

Payments are securely processed by our payment provider, Stripe. We do not store your full card details. You are responsible for keeping a valid, up-to-date payment method on file.

You can update your payment method at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing.

08Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing → Manage billing. Cancellation stops future renewals.

When you cancel, your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period; it does not end immediately. After that period, the workspace moves to a limited, read-only state (see “Non-payment” below). Cancelling does not delete your data.

09Refunds

Fees already paid are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals, and your access continues through the end of the current paid billing period. Because a 14-day free trial is provided, charges only begin after you have had the opportunity to evaluate the service.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, we do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods, unused seats, or periods during which the service was available but not used.

10Non-payment

If a renewal payment fails, we will attempt to charge your payment method again over a short grace period (up to 7 days). During the grace period your workspace remains fully usable so you can resolve the issue.

If payment is not resolved after the grace period, the workspace becomes read-only: you can still view and export your data, but write actions are paused until an active subscription is restored. Your data is retained while your account remains with us.

11Price changes

We may change our fees or the structure of our plans and add-ons from time to time. If we do, we will provide reasonable notice, and any change will take effect on your next billing period. Continuing your subscription after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these Subscription Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above, and continued use of a paid subscription after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
